The features of our holiday villa in Cesme, Izmir
  • Our private holiday villas are located on the border of a clear, exclusive  and comfortable holiday
    site, only 3km away from the historical village of Ildir (Erythrai). Our vacation villas are facing
    the Aegean Sea, Island of Chios, a small forest as well as a mountain.

  • Our beautiful vacation villas (150 m2) are surrounded by a 500 m2 garden  with a roofed terrace of
    20 m2 on the second floor as well as another roofed terrace of 20 m2 veranda on the first floor.

  • The living room (30m2) includes a satellite TV and is fully furnished.

  • Internet access is available (ADSL connection)

  • The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooker, oven, coffee machine and a toaster. Plates, pans,
    utensils, cups, and glasses are also provided.  

  • There are 4 bedrooms (18m2, 12m2, 10m2 and 7m2) in our villa which can accommodate up to 7
    persons. There are one queen size bed and 5 twin beds in the bedrooms.  Linens are also provided by
    us. However we do not provide towels.

  • In our villa, there are 2 bathrooms. The main bathroom has a WC and a bathtub. The smaller
    bathroom has a shower and a toilet. There is hot water available through solar energy. There is also
    a washing machine in the main bathroom.

  • The garden is covered with grass and many fruit trees. Here your family and friends can enjoy a
    wonderful barbeque meal. Our barbeque and grill sets are available for your use.
LOCATION
  • Shops and restaurants are within 200 to 2000 m from the villas.

  • The beach is 100 m away, is within walking distance.

  • The holiday villas are located:
  • 3km from the village of Ildır (Erythrai).
  • 15km from Alacati (one of the world's most famous surfing centre),
  • 12km from Ilica,
  • 18km from Cesme,
  • 75km from Izmir,
  • 80km from the airport (Adnan Menderes).  

  • Easy access by buses to Ildir village, Ilıca and Cesme every 30 minutes.

  • There is also a daily bus service to Izmir which runs every hour. Transfer to and from the Airport
    to our villas are available upon request.
  • All prices are per villa per week (in Euros - €) for groups of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 persons. The prices
    include electricity, water, gas and one set of bedding per person (given on arrival).The housekeeping
    service will be made before the guest arrival. (The villa will be cleaned and arranged before the
    guest arrive ). There is no housekeeping service during the guest's stay. If needed, this can be
    arranged with an extra cost. Towels have to be brought by the guests. Towels are available for rent.
OFFERS & TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • In order not to have a conflict with the bookings, guests can check-in after 13.00 pm and check-out
    on or before 12.00 noon.

  • If the guests want to check-in earlier than 13.00 pm, they  accept that their reservation will take
    effect  from the day before.

  • Likewise, if the guests check-out after 12.00 noon, it will be considered as an additional day stayed.
  • Upon arrival a deposit of 100 - € will be collected for possible damages to property and breakages
    of equipment and/or the loss of keys. The damage deposit is fully refundable on your departure,
    provided there is no breakage, damage and missing items during or after your stay

  • All shops and restaurants mentioned are private institutions. We don't have any influences over
    their operations. We are,therefore not responsible for any loss,damage,claim or injury that may
    either be directly or indirectly arose from the services of the employees or any     third parties.

  • All distances quoted are  only an estimation  and should be used as a general information
