| Weekly Prices According to the Number of People |
- Unit prices are in EUROs per villa per week.
- Reservation is make for weekly period stay.
- Basic price (for 1-4 person) is 400 € for high season (15 Jun -15 Sept), 300 € for mid-season (01
Apr - 15 Jun and 15 Sept - 15 Nov), For each additional person (up to 7) we charge 35 €/per
person/per week
- 25 % of the total amount of the rent should be paid as a down-payment to our bank account.
- Please contact us for the details of our bank account No.
- Upon receipt of a copy of this down-payment, we will send you a confirmation of your reservation.
- The balance 75% of the rent has to be paid when you check-in. Payment must be in cash. The keys
to the villa will only be given after payment is made
- In case of cancellation on your part, the 25% downpayment will be forfeited
- Should the guests decide to leave the villa earlier, they will not be entitled for a refund of the
balance of the total amount of the rental
